2 August 2021 Online English Proficiency Exam (DÜİYES)

Foreign Languages Unit English Preparatory Programme 2021-2022 Academic Year Fall Semester Remotely Proctored Online DÜİYES Guidelines

Dear Students,

2021-2022 Fall Term English Proficiency Exam (DÜİYES) will be administered online on Monday, August 2, 2021 and will be remotely invigilated. The exam consists of two sessions and the students are required to attend both sessions.

Session 1: 11:00 - 13:05

Session 2: 14:00 - 15:20

The exam will be held at 11:00 at douonlineydb.dogus.edu.tr.  Students are obliged to approve PDP INFORMATION and EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT on the platform prior to the start of their exam. All students must attend classes in Microsoft Teams where they were placed at 10.30 for the first session and at 13.30 for the second session. Students must have a valid ID with photo (student ID card, passport, driver's license) during the exam.

Students who do not want to attend the online exam with remote monitoring must state their exam preferences by sending an e-mail to dflu@dogus.edu.tr address via their e-mail address by 31 July, 17:00. Those students can take the invigilated exam without a camera and microphone in the Computer Laboratory Z 26 PC LAB located in Dudullu Campus.

Students are allowed their own preferences when it comes to taking the exam in campus or online. Students who do not state their preference to take the exam in Dudullu Campus with a written document until the stated deadline will be assumed to have preferred to sit the exam online with their camera and microphone turned on outside of the campus.
