2021-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000003178 Project Erasmus+ Exchange Programme Evaluation Results

The results of the evaluation administered to select the students for student mobility for studies and traineeships in the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 (Fall Semester) Academic Years as part of the Erasmus+ Programme have been announced.

For our students who would like to study or do internship abroad with the Erasmus+ Programme, the placement results will be announced after National Agency announces the number of students who will benefit from Erasmus+ Program with grants. The announced results are final in terms of Erasmus+ exchange programme evaluation, but PRE-SELECTION results in terms of grant condition.

  • Click for the List of Failed Students.

(Students specified as “primary” in the list of successful students are students with a candidate grant and can go as a granted student if sufficient grants and quotas are received from the European Union. Primary students will be able to receive a grant for one semester after the grant is approved by Turkish National Agency. On the other hand, substitute candidates are students who can be transferred from substitute students to primary candidate status, respectively, according to the Erasmus+ evaluation grade, if any student renounces his/her right.)

Since the nomination dates of the universities that we have agreements with have expired, our students who prefer the 2021-2022 Fall semester will be able to choose the 2021-2022 Spring semester.

Students who are entitled to receive a grant within the framework of Erasmus+ Study Mobility will be able to receive a grant for only one semester (maximum 6 months). With approval of the host institution and our university, students will be able to benefit from mobility without receiving a grant in the 2nd semester if they wish.

Students who are entitled to receive a grant within the framework of Erasmus+ Internship Mobility will be able to receive a grant for 2 months. Students will be able to continue their internship activities after 2 months without receiving a grant if they wish. Students who do not submit the internship place acceptance letter during the application should submit their internship place acceptance letters to International Relations and Erasmus+ Office by 30 September 2021.

Students who do not qualify for a grant can benefit from the program with a “0” grant.

While calculating the sum of the academic achievement and English proficiency scores of the students who have previously benefited from higher education student or internship mobility within the scope of the Lifelong Learning Programme or Erasmus+ within the same education level, a reduction of 10 points has been applied for each previously utilized activity (without any distinction between education and internship).

If students who become eligible to participate in Erasmus+ Programme would like to renounce their rights, they must fill in the “Erasmus Renunciation Form” and submit it to International Relations and Erasmus Office via e-mail not later than 30 August 2021 by 17.00. Students who want to renounce their rights later than the date specified will be considered to have benefited from the mobility, and 10 points will be deducted from the total score while calculating the total of their academic performance and English proficiency exam results. However, this condition does not apply to the students who renounce their rights due to insufficient amount of grant after the grants have been announced.

To the attention of successful students:

  • As of January 1st 2021, the new Erasmus+ Programme has started. Changes in the rules and grant amounts are expected for the 2021 contract year. When the aforementioned rules are finalized, there may be a change in the amount of grants and the mobility periods, as well as the loss of the earned right. On the other hand, the 2021-2027 new Erasmus+ Programme participation agreement and the 2021 Delegation Agreement between Turkey and the European Union have not been signed yet. Our institution and Turkish National Agency cannot be held responsible for material or moral losses that may arise from delays or disruptions in the aforementioned agreement processes.

  • In the event that movements are affected due to the COVID-19 pandemic (and other force majeure), the decisions of Turkish National Agency will be implemented, and information will be provided if needed during the process.

  • Students applying for the fall semester can make changes for the spring semester. Students who want to change the semester should send their requests via e-mail to internationaloffice@dogus.edu.tr of the International Relations and Erasmus Office.

For any objections, students should send their petitions to internationaloffice@dogus.edu.tr by e-mail to the International Relations and Erasmus Office until 17.00 on Monday, 30 August 2021. Objections sent after the specified date will not be accepted. Petitions must be signed.

A meeting will be held for students who pass the exam so as to communicate important topics regarding the Programme. The meeting will end with a question and answer session. Meeting date and time information will be sent to your Doğuş University e-mail account.

In order to start with the mobility programme, it is obligatory to approve and sign the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) documents. Those who do not approve the relevant texts will not be granted the payments.
