Erasmus+ Student Selection Results Announcement – Project 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000320839

The evaluation results for the Erasmus+ project numbered 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000320839, which aims to select students for international study and internship opportunities, have been finalized.

Please note that these results represent the FINAL evaluation outcomes within the Erasmus+ exchange program. However, they are considered PRE-SELECTION results regarding grant eligibility.

Currently, the Funding Agreement between Turkey and the European Commission for 2025 has not yet been signed. The allocation of grants and the corresponding budget will be confirmed once the agreement is signed and funds are allocated to our university. Any delays or issues during this process may impact grant disbursement; therefore, neither the university nor the Turkish National Agency can be held responsible for any arising financial or emotional losses.

After the grant amounts for project number 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000320839 are announced by the National Agency and the budget is allocated to our university, the students eligible for grants will be announced following the Erasmus Commission’s evaluation.

Students approved for Erasmus+ Study Mobility can receive a maximum of 6 months’ grant for a single semester.

Students approved for Erasmus+ Internship Mobility can receive a maximum of 2 months’ grant.

Students who do not submit their internship acceptance letter at the time of application must provide it by the specified deadline to the Erasmus+ Office.

Students who wish to waive their participation must submit a withdrawal request via email to erasmus@dogus.edu.tr no later than 16:00 on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.

Students submitting withdrawal requests after this deadline will be considered to have participated in the mobility and will incur a deduction of 10 points in their next application.

Students wishing to contest the evaluation results must submit a signed objection letter addressed to the Erasmus+ Office via email to erasmus@dogus.edu.tr by 16:00 on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
Objections submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.

Selected students will be invited to an orientation session. The date and time of the session will be communicated via institutional email.
