Minor and Double-Major Programs

It is aimed to give an opportunity to the successful undergraduate students in Doğuş University to get education in another study field of their own interest and get a second diploma if they meet the requirements.

The students who successfully complete the program will get a BA diploma for double major programs of the relevant departments and a certificate for minor programs. The processes for minor and double-major programs are put into effect in accordance with “Directive for Transfer, Double Major & Minor Program in Associate Degrees and Bachelor Degrees in Higher Education Institutions, and for Rules of Credit Transfer” (by the Council of Higher Education of Turkey) published in official gazette in 9^th August 2017, and with “Doğuş University Directive for Double Major Program” and “Directive for Minor Program”. Those students who want to register a minor or double major program in any English department are required to be successful on English Preparatory Class; and those students who want to register a minor or double major program in any department accepting students by special talent exam are required to pass the special talent exam.

Application Requirements for Double Major Program

Students from one of the departments of Social and Human Sciences can do double major in psychology department pursuant to Article 3 (1) of Doğuş University Directive for Double Major Program.  

Application Requirements for Minor Program

The minor program in Psychology Department is open to every student from all the other departments.
